Capital Academy is fully accredited as a Behavioral Health Care Organization by the Joint Commission. The facility is licensed for 60 bed by The New Jersey Department of Children and Families’ Office of Licensing. This urban setting provides students with access to major universities, museums, theaters and state of the art medical facilities. Capital Academy has a low student to counselor ratio, including bi-lingual staff. We also have a collaborate affiliation with Cooper University Hospital for Psychiatric, Psychological and adolescent Pediatric services. A medical suite is on site to provide medical services for all students. Our students attend the Lumberton campus of the Burlington County Special Services School District for academic and vocational curriculums with an emphasis on Career Technical Education.
